Why you aint

Much has happened in the last 6 weeks but I'm not sure how much of it is worth talking about. Currently I'm looking through other blogs thinking wow, so everyone is a photographer now?

I haven't been online for personal reasons in well over a month, no blogs, no instant messages, facebook is a joke, etc.

I'm at my campus job right now. They think I'm studying, but I've given up on that. I know what I know. For the first semester ever I had classes that I've kept up perfect attendance, I don't need to study. I'm getting paid to sit and write.

As much as I enjoy to write, when I blog I have very little to say. I've considered getting a small tape recorder so I can just talk and transcribe it at a later date.

There is a new girl in my life. A co-worker at the club. She wants me and I want her but there is a slight complication in that she has a girlfriend. Several months ago she came in for the first time as a customer wearing a vintage batman t-shirt, blue tights, red boots and a piercing in her nose; I was immediately intrigued. I happen to be a sucker for the 'alternative' look as some would call it.

I got a tattoo about a month ago. It's addictive because now I just want more and more.

Monday night is the first game for my bar league volleyball team and I'm very excited. I've spent the last 4 months getting in shape and now I'm going to try to put it to use

It has been over 5 months since I quit smoking. As the weather gets nicer the cravings get worse. I've had periods of quitting before; none this long.

There is a girl sitting on the floor in front of me wearing short shorts and a shirt that her boobs are about to pop out of. She's sitting legs spread with a laptop in between them. All the time I'm thinking I'm getting paid to do this right now.

I read Dr. Bill Cosby's speech he gave at the 50th anniversary of Brown vs the Board of Education the other day. It was one of the best and most honest speeches I've ever had the privilege to read. Some call it controversial, and it is, but it is things that needed to be said and who better than Bill Cosby. I wont go into what it's about, you can read it for yourself.
